About The Event

Program Aim:

The aim of the 3-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program is to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to become effective trainers who can design and deliver impactful training sessions. The program aims to empower participants with the tools they need to train others successfully and contribute to the development of their organization's training initiatives.

Program Objectives:

1. Develop Training Competence: Enhance participants' training competence by providing them with a solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and effective training delivery techniques.

2. Design Engaging Training Programs: Enable participants to design engaging and learner-centered training programs by teaching them how to set clear learning objectives, structure content effectively, select appropriate training methods, and create interactive activities.

3. Facilitate Interactive Learning: Equip participants with facilitation skills to foster interactive learning environments, manage group dynamics, encourage participant engagement, and handle challenging situations during training sessions.

4. Enhance Communication and Presentation Skills: Improve participants' communication and presentation skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, active listening, effective questioning, and the use of visual aids and technology to deliver compelling presentations.

5. Adapt to Diverse Learner Needs: Enable participants to identify and respond to diverse learner needs by teaching them strategies for creating inclusive learning environments, accommodating different learning styles, and adapting training content to various participant backgrounds and skill levels.

6. Assess Learning and Provide Feedback: Train participants in techniques for assessing learning outcomes, conducting formative and summative evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to learners to support their growth and development.

7. Build Training Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Familiarize participants with training evaluation models and methods to measure training effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and identify areas for improvement in their training programs.

8. Develop Professional Training Networks: Facilitate networking opportunities for participants to connect with peers in the training field, exchange best practices, and establish ongoing support systems for professional growth and development.

9. Create Personal Action Plans: Assist participants in developing personal action plans to apply the knowledge and skills gained during the ToT program in their future training endeavors, ensuring practical implementation and continuous improvement.
